Job Description:**Subject: Principal Integration Developer/Lead Integration Architect Position**

This communication pertains to the Principal Integration Developer/Lead Integration Architect position within our MuleSoft practice. We seek a highly proficient and forward-thinking individual to provide leadership in the design and implementation of enterprise-level integrations, API platforms, and automated workflows. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience with MuleSoft, cloud-native APIs, and the direction of technical delivery.

**Core Responsibilities:**

* **Integration Architecture and Delivery:** Design and implement scalable APIs utilizing MuleSoft 4.x and the Anypoint Platform. Construct Experience/Process/System APIs with a focus on performance and reusability. Develop services to facilitate connectivity between legacy systems, cloud platforms, and external partners. Manage project delivery utilizing the MuleSoft Catalyst methodology, encompassing discovery, design, deployment, and operational phases. Translate business requirements into viable technical solutions. Present technical capabilities, delivery roadmaps, and architectural visions.

* **Team Enablement and Practice Growth:** Mentor MuleSoft developers and establish coding and review standards. Develop onboarding resources, reusable flow libraries, and platform documentation. Champion reusability and an API-first approach across internal teams.

* **Backend and Platform Leadership:** Maintain a hands-on approach in critical areas, including code reviews, error handling, exception strategy, and performance optimization. Provide leadership and mentorship to developers across multiple teams, ensuring quality and consistency in all releases. Collaborate with DevOps, security, and business units to ensure alignment across all layers.

* **Platform Growth and Optimization:** Promote an API-first paradigm and enforce lifecycle governance, encompassing versioning, monitoring, and scaling. Oversee developer experience through comprehensive documentation, streamlined onboarding processes, and internal advocacy. Track platform adoption and usage metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
