Job Description:**Job Opportunity: Principal Contracts – Site Services Subcontractors**
Wood, a global leader in consulting and engineering, seeks a qualified Principal Contracts professional specializing in Site Services Subcontractors to join our project team supporting Ma’aden’s strategic gold mine and processing facility in Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term, site-based position, commencing with an initial assignment in either Riyadh or Al-Khobar prior to site mobilization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of contracts pertaining to site-based services, including but not limited to camp operations, logistics, maintenance, and general services.
**Responsibilities:**
* Administer and manage site service subcontracts effectively.
* Ensure the timely delivery of services and compliance with contractual performance standards.
* Review invoices, progress claims, and variation orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.
* Coordinate effectively with site management and finance departments to facilitate seamless contract administration.

**Qualifications:**
* A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in EPC/EPCM or infrastructure/industrial projects is required.
