Responsibilities encompass the preparation and management of project schedules and reports utilizing Primavera P6. The incumbent will monitor project progress and cost performance in accordance with project plan data, ensuring meticulous data entry into systems to facilitate accurate Earned Value (EV) reporting. Identification of planning-related challenges and the formulation of pragmatic solutions are expected. Adherence to established planning governance processes and reporting standards is mandatory. Furthermore, the role includes the execution of plan health checks, such as Data Quality Checks and DCMA 14-Point Schedule Assessments. The candidate will lead coordination efforts with external planning teams. Proficiency in planning tools, including Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration software, is required. Integration of project timelines with 3D design models, as per client specifications, is a core responsibility. The incumbent will schedule and integrate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) activities within BIM models. Support will be provided to sales/client teams through the provision of project planning insights during client interactions. Analytical capabilities will be employed utilizing Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel for project data analysis. Regular progress reports will be prepared for both internal and client dissemination. Monitoring of team productivity and tracking of deadlines will be conducted to ensure timely project delivery. Close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders in a client-facing capacity is essential.
