**The Role**
The Primary Year Leader will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership and educational direction to a specific year group within the Primary School. This role requires a dynamic and experienced educator with a proven track record of success in curriculum development, student progress monitoring, and teacher mentorship. The Year Leader will work closely with the Primary Leadership Team to:
* Lead and develop a high-quality, engaging curriculum.
* Foster a culture of high aspiration, respect, and achievement.
* Monitor academic progress and lead interventions with measurable outcomes.
* Support and guide class teachers through ongoing professional development.
* Coordinate assemblies, tutor activities, communication with parents, and student induction.
* Promote participation in extracurricular activities, House events, and Service initiatives.
