BaridX is seeking a qualified **Pricing Manager** to join its logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in market analysis, cost modeling, and pricing strategy development. This leadership role will be instrumental in enhancing BaridX’s competitive position and achieving its financial goals through the implementation of effective pricing strategies.

**Job Description and Responsibilities:**

The Pricing Manager will be responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of pricing within the organization. Key responsibilities include:

**I. Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities:**

* Developing and implementing pricing strategies that are aligned with current market conditions and competitor benchmarks.
* Conducting thorough cost and profitability analyses to ensure pricing structures are both profitable and equitable.
* Constructing dynamic financial models that incorporate factors such as seasonality, demand fluctuations, cost projections, and revenue forecasts.
* Establishing internal policies and procedures to promote consistent and sustainable pricing practices.
* Providing data-driven pricing recommendations, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative analyses, to senior management and commercial teams.

**II. Operational and Administrative Responsibilities:**

* Gathering and analyzing market data, including competitor pricing, operational costs, and broader logistics market trends.
* Establishing pricing structures for new services, developing discount programs, and negotiating rates with key clients.
* Monitoring the daily impact of pricing decisions on unit sales, profitability, and order volumes.
* Generating regular (monthly/quarterly) reports on pricing effectiveness and recommending necessary adjustments.
* Collaborating effectively with commercial, operations, and finance departments to ensure cohesive pricing alignment across the organization.
* Ensuring that all pricing practices adhere to relevant competition laws and local regulations.

* **Monthly Basic Salary:** Commensurate with experience.
