Job Description:The incumbent is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs tailored to a specific age group, encompassing the social, mental, and physical development of children. This includes the provision of diverse learning materials, the establishment and enforcement of behavioral guidelines, the facilitation of literacy activities, and the systematic observation and documentation of student progress. Furthermore, the incumbent will identify and report developmental or health concerns, communicate with parents and guardians regarding student needs and achievements, adapt instructional methods to individual learning styles, prepare administrative reports, manage classroom resources, engage in continuous professional development, promote healthy habits, facilitate student assimilation, articulate learning objectives, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in required meetings and committees.
