This is ahands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology,banking, and enterprise SaaS.Role SummaryThe Solutions Engineer Will Be Responsible ForPre-Sales: Supporting the sales cycle through technical expertise, demos,RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concept delivery.Delivery: Owning end-to-end project implementations with clients, managingintegration, configuration, testing, and go-live.Customer Success: Acting as the trusted advisor to clients post-implementation,ensuring adoption, renewals, and expansion through upsell/cross-sell.You will act as the bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, and our clients,ensuring the solutions we deliver create maximum impact for our banking and financialservices partners.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & SolutioningPartner with Sales to engage with prospective banks and financial institutions,understanding business and technical requirements.Lead technical presentations, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.Own and coordinate technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and compliance/securityquestionnaires.Translate client needs into tailored solution architectures and deliveryapproaches.Implementation & DeliveryLead enterprise SaaS deployments, ensuring smooth integrations with client ITenvironments.Gather and validate technical and functional requirements, managing deliveryend-to-end.Coordinate with engineering/product teams to resolve technical issues.Oversee configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.Deliver projects on time, on scope, and to enterprise-grade standards.Customer Success & GrowthBe the primary point of contact for enterprise clients post-go-live.Drive adoption, usage, and ROI of our solutions across the client’s organization.Ensure renewal and retention by proactively managing client relationships.Support sales in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additionalfeatures, modules, or capacity).Capture client feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.Requirements & QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.PMP Certification5–10 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS for banking/financial services.Proven track record in solutions engineering, implementation, and customersuccess roles.Mandatory Technical CompetenciesDeep understanding of APIs, data integration, ETL pipelines, databases, andenterprise SaaS deployments.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Familiarity with enterprise IT and security requirements: compliance,authentication (SSO, OAuth, SAML), data governance.Ability to design and present solution architectures for banking clients.Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall, Jira, Trello, or similar tools).Mandatory Domain KnowledgePrior experience at a fintech or enterprise SaaS vendor serving banks/financialinstitutions.Strong familiarity with banking regulations, compliance, and security standards inthe GCC or equivalent markets.Understanding of financial data enrichment, analytics, personalization, ortransaction data use cases.Soft SkillsStrong client-facing communication and executive presentation skills.Ability to work seamlessly with both bank IT/developer teams andbusiness/C-level stakeholders.Commercial acumen: experience driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startupenvironment.Certifications (Nice to Have)Project Management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.Cloud certifications: AWS, Azure, or GCP.Why Join Us?Direct impact on the success of high-profile banking clients across the region.End-to-end ownership across sales, delivery, and customer success.Work in a fast-scaling fintech SaaS company at the center of financial innovation.Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and growth opportunities.
