The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Accepting qualified leads generated by the Sales Team.
* Conducting client consultations to comprehensively ascertain needs, preferences, and spatial constraints.
* Analyzing client requirements and translating them into precise technical specifications for the technical office team.
* Coordinating and executing site visits to gather essential engineering data and accurate measurements.
* Reviewing preliminary drawings (2D and 3D) with clients.
* Developing initial concepts and collaborating with the pricing team in the preparation of preliminary cost estimates.
* Articulating the complete project lifecycle to clients and proactively managing expectations.
* Maintaining consistent client follow-up throughout the project lifecycle until contract execution.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
* A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Engineering) is required.
* Demonstrated expertise in wood types, furniture design, and associated accessories.
* A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in furniture manufacturing or interior design is necessary.
* Exceptional client communication skills, coupled with proven sales and closing proficiency, are essential.
* Robust analytical capabilities to effectively interpret client needs and translate them into viable technical solutions.
* The ability to operate effectively within a structured and organized administrative framework is critical.
* Proficiency in engineering drawing software, with a minimum requirement of AutoCAD proficiency, is mandatory.
* Superior time management skills and the capacity to perform effectively under stringent deadlines are required.
* Excellent command of the English language is essential.
