Job Description

·Receive EMD Systems inquiries through the Sales team and study the relevant specifications and drawings.                                        

·Review inquiry files, specifications, and client drawings before the start of estimation and report any technical issues of concern to his Dept. Mgr. for his review and suggestions                                                                                      

·Coordinate with the clients for any clarification required during the preparation of the quotations.                                                                                                 

·Estimate the quantity from the drawings received as per the project specifications.                                                                                         

·Create solutions and proposals with comply with customer requirements and highlight the company value proposition                                  

·Prepare bids in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) from customers in coordination with the Sales team.                                                                               

·Prepare both Technical & Commercial proposals and ensure that the bid technical requirements are met without exaggeration and Bid prices are competitive                                                                                          

·Attend along with the Sales team all Techno-Commercial negotiations with Clients whenever needed                                                                                             

·Review draft Copies of contracts to ensure that the technical/commercial aspects of the contract are in line with SAS proposal and set budget.                                                                                

·Keep a record of all orders prepared and submitted.                                                                                            

·Prepare a weekly report on the work performed and submit it to the Department Manager.                                                                                           

·Responsible for representing the product to customers through conferences, meetings, etc.                                                                                           

·Convey customer requirements to the Section Head.                                                                                           

·Perform business travels throughout sales territories as required.                                                                                      

·Participate in negotiation activities with clients on prices.                                                                                  

·In addition to the responsibilities listed above, perform other related duties when requested.
