Job Description:**Support Pre-Sales Operations:**
Provide assistance to the pre-sales team by coordinating schedules and logistics for client engagements, contributing to the development of customized proposals and presentations, conducting market research to inform sales strategies, maintaining documentation of pre-sales activities and generating reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, facilitating initial customer inquiries and support during client interactions, and assisting in the organization of training sessions for sales staff.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in a sales or pre-sales support role in the IT industry, preferably within ManageEngine Salations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
