Power BI Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence, with a proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their reporting needs. Perform data modeling and data preparation using Power Query and DAX. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations. Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights that drive business improvements. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices. Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and enhancements.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis. Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Desktop. Experience with SQL and data extraction from various sources (databases, Excel, etc.). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing concepts. Understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
