The Portal Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, planning, development, and management of multiple consumer-focused online portals, encompassing all facets of content creation and curation.

This position necessitates a strategic mindset, proven leadership capabilities, exceptional project management proficiency, and a comprehensive understanding of digital content creation and management principles.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering superior online experiences and fostering robust engagement with the designated target demographic.

**Core Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute strategic plans for multiple consumer-focused portals, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and the specific needs of the target audience.
* Demonstrate an understanding of and ability to fulfill the support requirements of Sales and Marketing organizations.
* Exhibit the capacity to collaborate effectively across organizational departments to achieve measurable business outcomes.
* Possess experience in driving transformative change within a customer-facing business environment or in enhancing the overall customer experience.
* Demonstrate superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional organizational abilities.
* Effectively manage daily operational activities of the portals, encompassing content creation, publication scheduling, and performance monitoring.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, developers, and marketing specialists, to facilitate portal development and optimize user experience.
* Manage portal budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective operational performance.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data-driven insights, and implement data-informed decisions to enhance portal performance and user engagement.
* Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital content management to drive innovation and foster continuous improvement.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and portal users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and effectively managing feedback.

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience of min 4 years in digital content management, preferably in a consumer-focused or e-commerce environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating exceptional online experiences.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data insights to drive decision-making and optimization efforts.
Experience in managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
