Job Description
We are seeking a SR Planning Engineer – Roads with the following responsibilities:
- Prepare a realistic project schedule using tools like Primavera and MS Project.
- Submit competitive bids for new projects.
- Calculate optimal material and manpower requirements for each project phase.
- Coordinate with the project manager and departments for effective plan execution.
- Budget for the project and monitor ongoing expenses.
- Create cash flow forecasts for projects.
- Coordinate with the client for efficient project execution.
- Collect periodic updates; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Generate variance reports (Schedule and Cost Variance using Earned Value Method) to analyze deviations.
- Produce Project Closing Reports emphasizing continuous improvement.
- Experience with auto cad and 3D modelling software.
Skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Min 5 Years working experience in Infra structure projects in a consultancy firm in UAE.
- Min 10 Years of Experience as planning Engineer in Infra structure projects in a consultancy firms.
