Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Responsibilities):**

Assume responsibility for the development and implementation of efficient warehouse and inventory management systems. Strategically plan material and product requirements in accordance with production and sales forecasts. Facilitate comprehensive coordination with procurement, production, and sales departments to ensure the alignment of supply chain activities. Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch operations to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries. Diligently monitor stock levels and generate reports detailing inventory movements and discrepancies. Conduct both periodic and annual inventory audits to verify accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance. Implement appropriate inventory control methodologies (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO) contingent upon the nature of the product. Manage and provide training to warehouse and planning teams to uphold high standards of performance and safety. Optimize warehouse space utilization and mitigate logistics costs through effective planning strategies. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on inventory performance, planning efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management and production/material planning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse operations.

Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
