Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

The incumbent is accountable for the following key responsibilities:

* **Sales and Performance Management:** Achieve assigned monthly sales targets, ensuring equitable distribution across all brands and pharmacy branches. Verify alignment of execution with the organization’s strategic objectives and maintain consistent attainment of sales targets. Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive activity.

* **Pharmacy Chain Engagement:** Cultivate and sustain robust professional relationships with key stakeholders throughout assigned pharmacy chains. Conduct routine visits to pharmacy branches to monitor activity implementation, evaluate visibility, and ensure product availability. Coordinate with pharmacy purchasing departments and branch managers to facilitate seamless order processing and inventory management.

* **Marketing and Brand Visibility:** Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives, promotions, and visibility campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Department. Monitor and report on inventory levels, promotional compliance, and brand presence across all pharmacy branches. Disseminate market insights and customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement in marketing strategy.

* **Contract and Commercial Management:** Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with pharmacy chains in accordance with organizational policies and pricing structures. Ensure effective implementation and consistent follow-up of all commercial agreements. Identify prospects for new business development and expansion within existing pharmacy networks.

* **Reporting and Analysis:** Generate monthly reports detailing sales results, marketing activities, customer interactions, and branch-level performance. Track and monitor the execution of finalized tasks and commitments with each pharmacy chain. Provide feedback to support forecasting, planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports concerning activities and achievements to the Field Force Manager for review.
