Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Personnel Specialist role located in El Maadi Cairo, Egypt. The Personnel Specialist will be responsible for personnel management, communication, program management, training, and job description development on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience of experience in Personnel management
- Personnel Management and Program Management skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Training and Job Description Development skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Working Conditions:
• Days Off: Friday and Saturday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including a break)
