Job Description:**Responsibilities encompass the following areas:**

**I. Personnel Administration:**

* Maintenance of current and accurate employee records, files, and databases in both physical and electronic formats.
* Processing of all documentation related to employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including contracts, forms, and clearances.
* Updating the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with all relevant employee data modifications, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
* Ensuring adherence to all applicable local labor laws and internal organizational policies.
* Preparation and processing of official employee-related correspondence, including employment certificates and salary confirmations.
* Provision of necessary documentation to support internal and external audit activities.

**II. Payroll Management:**

* Collection, verification, and calculation of all monthly payroll inputs, encompassing attendance records, overtime hours, leave requests, and deductions.
* Coordination with the Finance Department to ensure timely payroll processing.
* Ensuring accurate and compliant disbursement of salaries, benefits, and allowances, in accordance with contractual agreements and labor legislation.
* Generation and distribution of employee payslips.
* Professional and confidential handling of all payroll-related inquiries from employees.

**III. Benefits and Compliance:**

* Administration of social insurance, medical insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
* Management of employee registration and de-registration processes within relevant governmental and insurance systems.
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable tax and social security regulations.
* Preparation of monthly payroll reports and summaries for use by the Human Resources and Finance Departments.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll processing.
  • Prior experience with HRIS and payroll software is required.
