About the jobThe ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization’s leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary. ResponsibilitiesActing as the first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone callsManaging diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the ManagerBooking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodationReminding the Manager of important tasks and deadlinesTyping, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondenceManaging databases and filing systemsImplementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems job requirements  Acting as the first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone calls  Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Manager Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation  Reminding the Manager of important tasks and deadlines  Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence Managing databases and filing systems Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems job requirements  

Job Requirements :

Qualifications    2+ years of experience in the same post    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent    Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized    Excellent communication skills    Fluent English   Proficient Microsoft Office user     Strong time-management and organization skillsEnergetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideasComfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manages team members, leads assistant meetings, and supervises when needed Other requirements:·      Female only·      Presentable·      Car ownership is preferred
