Job Description:**HR Generalist – Position Overview**

Blueworks seeks a dedicated HR Generalist to spearhead talent acquisition efforts. This individual will assume responsibility for managing the full employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment pipeline oversight, onboarding, offboarding, personnel documentation maintenance, and payroll support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to employee well-being, thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment, and exhibit a proactive approach to human resources management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Spearhead recruitment initiatives: Develop and disseminate job descriptions, proactively engage potential candidates, conduct resume screenings, facilitate interview scheduling, and provide support to hiring managers.
* Administer and maintain the recruitment pipeline and applicant tracking system to ensure process efficiency and timeliness.
* Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation and system access.
* Manage the offboarding process, including the coordination of exit documentation.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee records, including contracts, documentation, and compliance paperwork.
* Assist in payroll preparation, maintain meticulous records, and execute basic HRIS tasks.
* Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and internal company policies.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
* Provide support for general HR operations and contribute to the cultivation of a positive organizational culture.

Skills:

1–3 years’ experience in HR or recruitment (startup experience a plus).

Proven experience with cold outreach and active sourcing.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.

Comfortable with HR software and digital tools.

Confident communicator and builder of candidate/employee relationships.

High degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Ability to multitask in a fast-moving, agile environment.
