Job Description:**Payroll Administrator – The Infinity Group**
The Infinity Group, a London-based provider of payroll services to the construction industry, seeks to appoint a Payroll Administrator to support ongoing company growth. This role reports directly to the Director and will involve direct interaction with clients and workers. The primary responsibility will be the comprehensive processing of weekly payroll, ensuring the accuracy and currency of all payroll data. This includes managing a high-volume payroll and addressing employee inquiries efficiently and effectively.
This position is currently structured as a work-from-home arrangement.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be capable of managing the following key responsibilities:
* Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of weekly payroll and compliance procedures.
* Accurate input and effective management of payroll data.
* Providing clear and informative responses to worker inquiries regarding payroll matters.
* Preparation and distribution of earnings statements.
* Issuance of paychecks and management of direct deposit processes.
* Maintaining meticulous worker records.
* Reconciling payroll data and generating comprehensive reports for management.
* Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
* Raising invoices as required.
Available positions include:
* **Full-time:** Standard hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM GMT.
* **Part-time (Evening Work):** Hours are 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM GMT.
All positions require working within the UK time zone (GMT). Salary will be commensurate with experience. This permanent opportunity offers the potential for career advancement within a dynamic organization.
Skills:
Experience/ Requirements
- Calculating finance figures
- Bachelor’s Degree level
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
- Strong payroll experience and a high-volume environment are essential.
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Problem solver with a keen eye for detail and analytics
- Excellent communicator
- Extremely organised
