About the jobRevise the monthly salaries of outsourcing employees in terms of earnings and deductions, verify the calculating steps according to the agreed calculation methodology with each client, and review bank account numbers before transferring salaries. Prepare periodic reports of cost centers on the salary elements level and on the client level. ResponsibilitiesRevise the monthly salaries of Outsourcing Employees.Review the net salaries by verifying the earnings and deductions elements and the calculation method of each element according to the client’s agreement.Divide the salary elements (deductions) and review each element’s account to prepare the cost center.Reviews cash and suspended salaries according to the instructions of clients or the Outsourcing Department.Prepare periodic reports of cost centers on the salary elements level and on the client level.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.Experience +5 in Payroll Accounting (Experience in Outsources Companies is preferred)Excellent Microsoft Office SkillsExperience in ERP and Accounting Systems
