maximum productivity in the clinic
2– Manages patient
issues including, effective communication between the patient and the medical stuff

4-Responsible for all
the operations day to day and the operation meeting

the performance appraisals of the staff and works on an area
of improvement in their appraisals
6-must be able to predict future logistical
needs
7-Responsible for laboratory department and all its
techniques
8-Managing the chief nursing and evaluating her/him in a professional way
