Job Description:**Position Announcement: Patient Experience Ambassador**

Danat Al Emarat Hospital, a distinguished affiliate of M42, is seeking qualified UAE Nationals to join our Patient Experience team. As a leading healthcare institution dedicated to the well-being of women and children, and recognized as the premier women’s and children’s hospital in Abu Dhabi, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care.

**Role Summary:**

Reporting to the Team Lead, Patient Experience, the Patient Experience Ambassador will serve as a dedicated advocate for patients, ensuring the delivery of superior customer service throughout their engagement with the hospital. This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall patient experience within our facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Actively collaborate with Mubadala Health Leadership to support the achievement of strategic, quality, and operational objectives.
* Maintain a high level of technical proficiency in systems impacting patient registration, scheduling, and other access-related functions.
* Consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with patients, physicians, staff, and visitors.
* Communicate and coordinate information effectively and courteously with staff, patients, and families.
* Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and action plans designed to improve the patient experience.
* Proficiently communicate and document patient call-back and outreach requests.
* Uphold strict confidentiality standards concerning patient, staff, and guest information.
* Implement and ensure the sustainability of patient experience initiatives.
* Adhere to established productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction standards.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
