Job Description: **الخيار:**

The individual in this role will be responsible for the following:

1. Developing and expanding the network of third-party logistics (3PL) partners and riders, aligning with delivery demands in each city.
2. Improving partners’ operational effectiveness through training and consistent communication, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of company policies and strategies.
3. Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with all 3PL partners nationwide.
4. Ensuring full compliance of 3PL partners and their riders with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
5. Collaborating closely with product teams to optimize processes and products utilized by 3PL companies.
6. Working in conjunction with the operations team to develop and administer incentive and penalty programs for 3PL partners, managing these programs on a daily basis to achieve key performance indicators, including recruitment targets and user experience objectives.
7. Assuming full accountability for designated partners and regions in achieving rider recruitment, operational efficiency, management effectiveness, and user experience goals.
8. Communicating decisions regarding the termination of partnerships with entities failing to meet established performance standards.
9. Executing all departmental tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
