Job Description:**Option 1 (Emphasis on Strategic Direction and Contribution):**
The organization seeks a skilled and forward-thinking Strategic Partnership Manager to spearhead initiatives focused on cultivating and managing relationships with broker and agency networks. This pivotal role is responsible for establishing a robust network of real estate professionals, ultimately driving consistent landlord lead generation. The incumbent will serve as a representative of Deluxe Holiday Homes within the real estate sector and contribute significantly to business growth through the formation of strategic alliances. Core responsibilities encompass identifying and onboarding real estate brokers and agencies throughout Dubai, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition, service offerings, and commission structure to partners, organizing and executing broker engagement activities, representing the company at industry events, and serving as the primary point of contact for all broker-related inquiries. The role also includes monitoring and reporting on the performance of broker-sourced leads to optimize partnership program effectiveness. Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience in real estate partnerships, brokerage, or business development, demonstrated ability to build and maintain B2B relationships, excellent negotiation and communication skills, a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, and proficiency in CRM tools and reporting. Event coordination or broker engagement experience is desirable. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic proficiency considered an advantage. The successful candidate will be based in Dubai and able to attend regular in-person meetings and industry events. Key Performance Indicators will include the number of active and engaged broker partnerships, the volume of landlord leads generated, and the conversion rate and ROI of broker-sourced leads.
