About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize TikTok, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive sign-ups for our platform. You will be responsible for launching and scaling performance marketing campaigns, helping us reach more families and grow our user base.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
✅ Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and copy to maximize performance.
✅ Analyze campaign data & KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven optimizations.
✅ Work closely with the Social Media & Graphics Manager to develop high-converting ad creatives.
✅ Monitor trends and implement new ad strategies to improve conversions.
✅ Set up retargeting campaigns to convert website visitors into subscribers.
Skills:
Candidates with some experience in digital marketing (1-2 years preferred, but not required).
Strong written and spoken English
Passionate about advertising, analytics, and online marketing.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with TikTok Ads is a huge plus!
Ability to work independently & in a fast-paced environment.
