1-Responsible for developing Outpatient calendar based on service order.
2-Responsible for opening and closing clinics and blocking clinic slots when required. Also responsible for monitoring this process.
3-Responsible for opening clinics at least 3 months ahead of time.
4-Responsible for contacting visiting staff and ensuring visit dates are confirmed in a timely manner.
5-Responsible for updating Outpatient calendar as required.
6-Responsible for communicating initial and revised Outpatient calendar versions to involved staff.
7-Responsible for revising on a monthly basis KA UST Direct and KA UST exempt reports and forwarding to KAUST Health finance.
8-Responsible for extracting and revising no show data on a monthly basis and submitting to KAUST Health finance.
9-Responsible for extracting data for reports such as call center data, referral data and forwarding to
10-Responsible for producing any other related reports as required.
11-Responsible for Changing inclusion/exclusion insurance criteria in services.
12-Responsible for dealing with Yasassi patient service issues.
13-Responsible for recharging services.
14-Responsible for reception weekly cash check with insurance coordinator.
15-Responsible for oversight of KAUST Health referral system including coordinator.
16-Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.
Other Job Functions:
1-Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.

The ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English. Preferred ability to speak Arabic.
