Having secured the first prepaid card license from the Central Bank of Egypt, Khazna aspires to become the leading neobank for underbanked consumers throughout the Middle East. The company is currently focused on expanding its operations within Egypt and initiating operations in Saudi Arabia. Khazna is seeking highly motivated individuals to contribute to its mission of promoting financial inclusion.

The Sales Executive position is intended for driven individuals with demonstrated success in both field and tele-sales environments. The selected candidate will allocate 75% of their efforts to field sales and 25% to tele-sales, contributing to the acquisition and retention of users for Khazna’s services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Field Sales (75%):**

* Conduct on-site visits to corporate locations to engage with employees and promote Khazna’s services.
* Acquire new users through on-site registrations.
* Distribute Khazna cards to registered users and ensure the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
* Ensure accurate data collection and entry during field activities.
* Travel to various governorates within Egypt as required by business needs.

**Tele-Sales (25%):**

* Engage with potential users via telephone to facilitate onboarding onto Khazna’s services.
* Convert registered users into active users by highlighting app features and benefits.
* Maintain a high standard of service quality and professionalism during all interactions.

Skills:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related Field.
  • From1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Ability to travel frequently to different governorates within Egypt.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
  • High adaptability to work in both on-ground and tele-sales environments.
