**Position Summary:**

The OT Cybersecurity Services Manager will be responsible for leading and executing specialized cybersecurity solutions for operational technology (OT) and critical infrastructure environments within the Middle East region, operating from the Egypt office. This position entails the management of OT cyber risk, the design and implementation of robust security frameworks, the provision of support for OT projects, and the assurance of best-in-class cybersecurity practices for clients operating in regulated and high-risk sectors.

This role emphasizes the enhancement of operational resilience and safety by addressing the unique cybersecurity requirements of OT environments. Key considerations include, but are not limited to, ICS/SCADA protocols, the protection of legacy systems, and adherence to internationally recognized standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001. The Manager will coordinate a multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with client stakeholders, security operations personnel, and engineering groups to ensure secure, compliant, and sustainable industrial operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **OT Cybersecurity Service Delivery:**

* Direct the delivery of OT cybersecurity services, encompassing risk assessments, architecture reviews, and incident response across ICS, SCADA, and automation systems.
* Conduct comprehensive security gap analyses and vulnerability assessments for utilities, production facilities, and manufacturing environments.
* Oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), firewalls, and network segmentation solutions within OT environments.
* Ensure that project delivery adheres to all applicable regulatory, contractual, and client-specific requirements across critical industries, including energy, manufacturing, and government.

2. **Governance, Risk, and Compliance:**

* Develop and maintain OT security policies, frameworks, and governance models that align with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 standards.
* Lead OT cybersecurity risk assessments and the development of comprehensive mitigation plans.
* Assist clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with both local and international cybersecurity regulations.

3. **Leadership and Team Management:**

* Manage and mentor a team of OT cybersecurity consultants and engineers to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services.
* Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
* Oversee performance management, professional development, and resource allocation for client projects.

4. **Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management:**

* Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
* Collaborate effectively with client engineering, operations, and IT teams to seamlessly integrate cybersecurity controls within industrial environments.
* Present complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

5. **Project Management and Continuous Improvement:**

* Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity projects across diverse OT environments.
* Manage vendor and partner relationships, evaluating third-party OT cybersecurity solutions for compliance and overall effectiveness.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives through service optimization, automation, and the implementation of innovative solutions.
* Lead cyber awareness and training programs designed to enhance the preparedness and resilience of OT personnel.

**Internal Relationships:**

* **Technical Teams:** Collaborate with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and engineering teams to facilitate cross-domain project execution.
* **Leadership:** Provide regular, comprehensive reporting on project progress, risk posture, and client satisfaction levels.
* **Operations:** Coordinate project resources and ensure adherence to established quality delivery standards.

**External Relationships:**

* **Clients:** Serve as the primary interface for OT cybersecurity projects, ensuring successful engagement outcomes.
* **Vendors and Partners:** Manage partnerships for OT products and service integration.
* **Regulatory Bodies:** Liaise with regulatory bodies as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness.

**Work Environment:**

* **Office Based:** 60%
* **Client Sites/Field Work:** 40%
* **Work Hazard:** Standard industrial environment safety protocols are applicable.
* **Working Days:** 5 days per week
* **Days Off:** Friday & Saturday
* **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
