Job Description
- Supervising the development of Key Performance Indicators to all staff to ensure fair performance evaluation and management
- Employees Succession Plans and follow up on their implementation to ensure knowledge and experiences successful transfer
- Supporting the OD Manager on the implementation of the performance appraisal process within the company
- Managing the regular update of the company’s organizational chart/structure and headcount report as per the yearly manpower plan
- Developing the job descriptions to ensure that all jobs are accurately described
- Updating and creating company policies and procedures
- Developing, applying, and processing the findings in the Employee Satisfaction Survey in addition to developing and communicating action plans to the OD Manager
- Overseeing the exit interview process and presenting its findings to decrease turnover rates
- Ensuring the smoothness and checking the fulfilling of the training process of the newly hired employees, including the orientation program, onboarding plan, and engagement program
Skills
- Candidate has to be a Bachelor Degree Holder in Business or any relevant field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in learning and Organizational Development
- Effectiveness in performance management skills
- Extensive Knowledge and skills in Development
- High Communication skills
- Problem solving (Conflict Resolution) skills
- PHRI or SPHRI is a Plus
