Job Description:

  • Handling and processing customer orders and ensuring their timely fulfillment.
  • Verifying the accuracy of order details, such as product, quantity, and freight price.
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders for order processing,, and shipment.
  • Generating and sending order confirmation and shipping notification to customers.
  • Resolving any order discrepancies or issues, such as out-of-stock items or damaged goods.
  • Communicating with Sales regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes.
  • Managing returns and exchanges.
  • Maintaining accurate order records and preparing reports on order processing and fulfillment.

Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or any relevant field
– 1-2 years of experience
– Very good command of English
– SAP experience is a Plus
