Job Description:
- Handling and processing customer orders and ensuring their timely fulfillment.
- Verifying the accuracy of order details, such as product, quantity, and freight price.
- Coordinating with all stakeholders for order processing,, and shipment.
- Generating and sending order confirmation and shipping notification to customers.
- Resolving any order discrepancies or issues, such as out-of-stock items or damaged goods.
- Communicating with Sales regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes.
- Managing returns and exchanges.
- Maintaining accurate order records and preparing reports on order processing and fulfillment.
Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or any relevant field
– 1-2 years of experience
– Very good command of English
– SAP experience is a Plus
