> **Job Description:** We seek a skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our Infrastructure Operations and Support team. The successful candidate will possess expertise in Oracle database administration, performance optimization, backup and recovery methodologies, and high availability architectures. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle database servers (11g, 12c, 19c), performance tuning and troubleshooting, database health monitoring, routine database maintenance (patching, changes, and release deployments), implementing and managing backup and recovery procedures (including disaster recovery), implementing and maintaining high availability solutions (Oracle RAC, Data Guard), ensuring database security and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve database-related issues.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Oracle database administration.
- Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, shell scripting, Goldengate and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Experience with other DBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL databases.
