Our client, the parent organization of a portfolio of innovative consumer brands committed to providing superior products and customer experiences, seeks a Remote Operations Specialist to support their e-commerce operations from Dubai. This individual will be responsible for the oversight of daily operational functions across all brands, ensuring efficient customer support, inventory management, and supplier relations. This remote position is open to candidates currently residing in Dubai with valid UAE residency visas (visa sponsorship is not provided). Key responsibilities include managing daily operational workflows, overseeing customer service activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring inventory levels, liaising with suppliers, developing supplier relationships, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, and generating performance reports. Qualified candidates will possess a proven track record in managing end-to-end customer service and inventory processes, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in inventory management systems, exceptional communication skills in English, and a highly organized, proactive approach. Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
