Responsible of upstream and downstream supply chain operations and logisticsResponsible of managing and executing the order fulfillment cycle starting from receiving & processing the orders up till assuring its delivery to customersFollow up with shipping companies and customers to resolve any shipping and customs issuesHandling reverse supply chain logistics with customersResponsible of handling suppliers ordering process logisticsResponsible of company inventory management systemImplement and report all periodic metrics related to operation performance and communicationBachelor’s degree preferred.Experience Needed: 0-3 yearsVery good command using MS ApplicationsVery Good command of EnglishFulfillment & logistics management background is recommendedFlexible & Willing to work on wide job descriptionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong multitasking and organizational skillsHigh self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressureProblem-solving abilitiesAbility to work well with cross-functional internal teams, suppliers and customers at different time zonesKnowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP system is a plus
