The Operations Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of daily operations within a retail business specializing in nuts and sweets. This leadership position entails ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, team leadership, process optimization, and enhancement of profitability, while upholding brand standards and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and direct all facets of retail operations to ensure the seamless execution of daily activities.
* Develop and implement operational strategies designed to enhance business performance and elevate the customer experience.
* Formulate and execute efficiency initiatives to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate continuous improvement efforts.
* Ensure strict adherence to all applicable health, safety, and quality standards.
* Lead, train, and motivate store managers and staff to improve productivity and customer service skills.
