Operations Manager – F&B

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Operations Manager to lead the full operations of a unique entertainment concept combining VR Gaming and a Sushi F&B outlet in New Cairo.

The role requires full ownership of the business unit, including operations, team management, customer experience, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing environment, optimising daily operations, and driving sales performance.

This is a growth-oriented role with strong financial incentives linked directly to performance and business expansion

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of both VR gaming and F&B (sushi outlet)

• Own full P&L responsibility including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability
• Lead, train, and manage staff across gaming and food service functions
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and service quality
• Develop and implement operational SOPs and performance standards
• Monitor and improve KPIs including sales, customer retention, and operational efficiency
• Plan and execute marketing activations, events, and gaming tournaments
• Manage inventory, suppliers, and procurement for F&B and operations
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational regulations
• Collaborate with ownership on growth strategy, expansion, and scaling model
