Job Description:**Option:**

The organization seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented **Operations Manager** to integrate within its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete operational cycle, ensuring seamless interdepartmental coordination, punctual order fulfillment, and effective supply chain administration.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and manage a robust **order management system**, encompassing all stages from order creation through shipment.
* Coordinate with **manufacturing and inventory departments** to guarantee accurate and timely order processing.
* Collaborate closely with the **shipping department and logistical partners** to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery.
* Monitor inventory levels to maintain stock above established minimum requirements.
* Supervise daily **factory operations**, ensuring the full functionality of utilities and resources.
* Maintain the smooth operation of **ERP and CRM systems** to effectively support operational activities.
* Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing expenditures.
* Lead, support, and motivate the operations team to achieve defined objectives.

Skills:

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (manufacturing or retail background preferred).

Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.

Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
