Job Description:**مسؤوليات الوظيفة:**
الإشراف على العمليات اليومية وإدارتها لوحدات الإيجار قصيرة وطويلة الأجل عبر جميع المنصات. التنسيق مع فرق التدبير المنزلي والصيانة لضمان استيفاء جميع العقارات لمعايير الشركة. مراقبة الحجوزات والتوافر والتسعير عبر منصات مثل Airbnb و Booking.com و Mosafar و Zaaer. الإشراف على إجراءات تسجيل الوصول/المغادرة وضمان جاهزية العقار للضيوف. إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية، بما في ذلك تتبع الإيرادات والمصروفات وهوامش الربح والميزنة. مراقبة وإدارة التكاليف التشغيلية لتعظيم الربحية. تطبيق وصيانة السياسات والإجراءات التشغيلية ومعايير الخدمة. قيادة وتدريب فريق العمليات، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة. العمل عن كثب مع أقسام التسويق وخدمة العملاء لتعزيز تجربة الضيف.
Skills:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in hospitality operations, preferably in short-term rental or property management.
- Hands-on experience using Airbnb, Booking.com, Mosafar, Zaaer, or similar booking platforms is a must.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reporting.
- Experience in supervising housekeeping and property maintenance teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
