Job Description:Serve as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and documentation related to logistics operations, including shipment coordination, inventory monitoring, and data management, while adhering to established protocols and contributing to operational reporting.

Skills:

  • This position is available in both our 6th of October and El Obour branches.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or operations/logistics role (shipping or cargo background is a plus).
  • Good understanding of shipping documentation and logistics procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using ERP or logistics software is a plus..
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
