Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on duties):**
> Execute the following functions under supervision: analyze operational processes and identify potential areas for enhancement; facilitate the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and related process improvement methodologies; perform data acquisition and analysis; contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation; aid in the deployment of new systems, technologies, and process automation tools to optimize efficiency and productivity; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote seamless system integration and process standardization.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in operational excellence, maintenance planning, process improvement, manufacturing, or a related role.
Exposure to manufacturing or operational environments.
Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement method logiest.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt -Preferred.
