Operational Auditor

The Operational Auditor will play a crucial role in evaluating and controls the efficiency and effectiveness of operational activities. Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Audits

• Conduct in-depth operational audits to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance operational performance.

Process Evaluation

• Evaluate internal processes across various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workflow, identify bottlenecks, and suggest enhancements.

Risk Assessment

· Assess operational risks and recommend action plans to enhance operational control.

Compliance Assurance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
• Assess the degree of compliance and support the development of corrective action plans.

Documentation

• Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation of operational audit processes, findings, and recommendations.
• Prepare and present reports to management summarizing audit results and proposing actionable improvements.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement recommended changes and monitor the effectiveness of process enhancements.
