Job Description: **Job Description: Operations Manager – Kids Area**

**Job Summary:**

The Operations Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of daily operations within the Kids Area, ensuring a secure, engaging, and superior experience for children and their parents. This encompasses staff management, strict adherence to safety regulations, facility maintenance, event coordination, and the consistent delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Direct and supervise the daily operational activities of the Kids Area, including performance monitoring of staff and the cultivation of a positive customer experience.
* Ensure unwavering compliance with all safety protocols and hygiene standards.
* Manage and supervise team members, including play attendants, cleaning staff, and security personnel.
* Develop and implement staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary supplies, including toys, cleaning materials, and staff uniforms.
* Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute promotional campaigns, events, and themed activities.
* Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all play equipment and the facility as a whole.
* Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including attendance rates, customer satisfaction metrics, and revenue generation.
* Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management detailing operational performance, challenges encountered, and proposed solutions.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
* A minimum of two (2) years of experience in operations management, ideally within the entertainment, hospitality, or childcare services sectors.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective team management skills.
* Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
* Thorough understanding of safety and hygiene standards applicable to children’s facilities.
* Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

**Working Conditions:**

* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* On-site presence during operating hours is mandatory.
* Physical ability to move around the facility and actively supervise activities.
