Job Description: **Job Description: Operations Manager**
**Job Summary:**
The Operations Manager will assume comprehensive responsibility for the daily operational management of the Kids Area. This encompasses ensuring a secure, enjoyable, and high-quality environment for children and their parents. Key responsibilities include staff management, adherence to safety regulations, facility maintenance, event coordination, and the cultivation of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the daily operations of the Kids Area, including performance management of staff and enhancement of customer experience.
* Ensure consistent compliance with all safety protocols and hygiene standards.
* Manage team members, including play attendants, cleaning personnel, and security staff.
* Oversee scheduling and shift planning to maintain adequate staffing levels.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of toys, cleaning supplies, uniforms, and other necessary items.
* Address customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities, events, and themed days.
* Monitor and manage the maintenance of all play equipment and facility cleanliness.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
* Prepare and submit regular reports to management detailing operational performance, challenges encountered, and recommended solutions.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
* A minimum of two (2) years of experience in operations, ideally within the entertainment, hospitality, or child-related services sectors.
* Demonstrated strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards applicable to children’s facilities.
* Proficiency in both Arabic and English communication.
**Working Conditions:**
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* On-site presence is mandatory during operating hours.
* Physical capability to move around the facility and supervise activities.
