**Position: Operations Manager – DS**

**Overview:**

Weatherford seeks a highly qualified and motivated Operations Manager – DS to provide strategic leadership and oversight of field operations within the Oil & Energy sector. This critical role encompasses the strategic planning, organization, and management of all operational activities, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, and financial performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, cultivating a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes continuous improvement and consistently exceeds customer expectations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Direct the execution of all operational activities, determining resource allocation (demand), crew utilization, asset utilization, and inventory management to optimize EBITDA.
* Ensure the Product Line maintains a strategic focus on delivering high-quality service to customers.
* Ensure the organization is optimally structured to provide superior job execution with outstanding Service Quality, and systematically evaluate results to further enhance products and services.
* Regularly assess resource and support requirements necessary for safe and high-quality job execution, and enforce strict adherence to Service Quality and Safety Standards.
* Foster and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure internal processes meet the evolving needs of the business.
* Conduct regular customer Service Quality Review meetings in conjunction with sales to ensure services, products, and technical support consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction.
* Ensure customer Statement of Requirements details equipment verifications and is translated into client Standard Operating Procedures.
* Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively identify customer needs, and ensure alignment with sales on pricing for all bids and quotes; propose solutions, establish and manage budgets, and ensure consistent quality of job delivery.
* Provide comprehensive technical support to field staff and customers prior to, during, and following job completion.
* Spearhead change initiatives that demonstrably enhance business performance.
* Collaborate with sales in identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities within the designated area.
* Oversee the creation of Delivery Tickets and ensure that all End of Well data is meticulously recorded, reviewed, and approved.
* Review and approve the final job summary within the Weatherford Performance Tracking System, maintaining strict adherence to Weatherford’s Delivery Ticket Process and ensuring full implementation and compliance with FieldFX utilization.
* Manage equipment maintenance and modifications to ensure adherence to the latest Technical Manuals.
* Assume responsibility for maximizing the financial performance of the product line within the assigned geography, including forecasts, profit and loss, fixed assets, inventory, capital expenditures, payables, and receivables.
* Assume full P&L responsibility for the Product line, ensuring business objectives are achieved and customer expectations are delivered in compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal policies and standards.
* Ensure effective cost management principles are understood and implemented throughout the organization.
* Leverage market intelligence and collaborate with account managers, operations, technical sales, and global product line leaders to accurately forecast activity trends and maximize financial results (including profit and loss, fixed assets, inventory, capital expenditures, and receivables).
* Interpret, execute, and enforce contracts to maximize opportunities, minimize revenue leakage, and optimize pricing recovery.
* All employees have an accountability to the organization to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
* Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure.
