Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing production schedules.
Assessing project and resource requirements.
Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
Determining quality control standards on photography, videography, creative, inventory, equipment preparation, and post-production.
Overseeing production processes.
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials needed for the studio.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
Liaising with photographers, designers and sales staff for clients’ job progress.
Inventory management both inbound and outbound.
Supervising and managing the work of operation staff.
Following clients’ guidelines and deliverables.
Organizing relevant training sessions periodically to make sure the operations team are on track of their duties.
Determining and clarifying strategic and operational problems by consulting with appropriate employees, identifying and assessing possible strategies, and implementing agreed solutions.
