We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operation Manager to join our team in Tabouk, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in operations management. As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficient processes and procedures are in place to drive productivity and profitability. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure efficient workflow.
  2. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
  6. Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  7. Monitor and control operational budget to ensure financial targets are met.
  8. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in operations management.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
