Job Description:**Responsibilites include, but are not limited to:**

* Monitoring sales and collections performance to ensure the attainment of established targets by all sales engineers.
* Managing the promotion of the official company page on Facebook and WhatsApp to augment customer engagement.
* Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance service quality.
* Facilitating coordination among the accounting department, collections team, and sales engineers.
* Submitting daily reports detailing sales engineers’ field activities and performance metrics.
* Strategically allocating geographical territories to sales engineers to optimize nationwide market coverage.
* Monitoring the geographic distribution of sales engineers to guarantee effective area coverage.
* Organizing weekly sales meetings to align strategies and disseminate pertinent updates to engineers.
* Ensuring comprehensive coordination between the technical support team and the sales department.
* Following up on the deployment of demonstration kits across designated regions and ensuring proper implementation.
* Managing the availability and distribution of new products within targeted areas.
* Communicating management directives related to sales activities to sales engineers on a regular basis.
* Overseeing the daily operations of engineers in both sales and technical support through the utilization of tracking tools and reports.
* Coordinating with warehouse teams to provide sales engineers with updates on new product offerings and stock levels.
* Preparing documentation for registration requests and product certifications.
* Organizing and preparing for periodic meetings, including the preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up on action items.
* Maintaining and updating work systems, such as the MRL, and ensuring accurate data entry into the Odoo system.
* Managing and organizing meeting agendas and the subsequent distribution of tasks.
* Monitoring activities within the seed sector and tracking new product trials.
* Maintaining the disease management system and adding new products to the platform.
