**Onsite Support Engineer Position**

We are seeking a qualified Onsite Support Engineer to be based in Riyadh. This role is integral to the Infrastructure Services Job Family, encompassing the design, solutioning, deployment, migration, management, and modification of infrastructure and End User Services across all related technologies. These technologies include, but are not limited to, Desktops, Laptops, networks, Active Directory, Modern Device Management, Intelligent Collaboration, IT (HW&SW) Asset Management Services, Field Services, and Technical Service Desk operations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support within infrastructure services, addressing incidents and contributing to task completion.
* Support the development of infrastructure documentation, including maintaining accurate incident logs and records.
* Demonstrate proficient knowledge and understanding of desktop software and hardware technologies.
* Troubleshoot issues related to Windows Clients (end-user machines).
* Utilize service management tools effectively.
* Possess comprehensive knowledge of EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office suite, and Outlook.
* Exhibit proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or in a similar capacity.
* Demonstrate practical knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners.
* Display excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
* Maintain a customer-centric approach.

**Basic Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
* Demonstrated experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
* Proficiency in data analysis and technical understanding.
* A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry knowledge and technology advancements.

**Other Qualifications:**

* An advanced degree in a relevant field is considered advantageous.
* Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are considered beneficial.
