Creatif Soft seeks a highly motivated Sales Executive to join its sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, conducting sales calls, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM database, and achieving designated sales goals. Positions are available for both morning and evening shifts. The Sales Executive will also prioritize and process customer orders and requests submitted via telephone, email, and live chat, while also actively pursuing opportunities for upselling to maximize sales revenue. Maintenance of comprehensive and precise customer service records is essential. Strict adherence to confidentiality protocols regarding customer records and financial data is required. The Sales Executive will develop proficiency in the utilization of database systems and technologies to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Furthermore, the Sales Executive will assist customers with online registration and order processing, and communicate effectively regarding order status, including any potential delays or modifications to delivery schedules.
