Job Description: **Position Announcement: Head of Quality Assurance/Quality Control – Oil & Gas (EPC)**

**Position Summary:**
An opportunity exists for a Head of Quality Assurance/Quality Control to ensure comprehensive quality compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements for large-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects within the Oil and Gas sector. This position is responsible for the establishment of robust quality frameworks, the diligent execution of inspections, and the verification of material and construction conformance to both international and GCC standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Control policies and procedures aligned with the requirements of ISO 9001, ASME, API, and FIDIC.
* Direct and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and quality assurance checks during commissioning activities.
* Manage third-party audits, vendor inspections, and contractor compliance assessments to ensure adherence to established standards.
* Implement and maintain a comprehensive non-conformance reporting (NCR) system and associated corrective action programs.
**Required Qualifications and Experience:**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical), or a closely related field.
* **Experience:** A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles within Oil and Gas EPC projects.
* **Expertise:** Demonstrated expertise in inspection, testing, welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and material compliance.
* **Skills:** Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME, API, ASTM, and relevant GCC quality standards. Proven ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and with international vendors.
